  • FILO or other pastry dough
  • 1 cup mozzarella
  • 1 cup Parmesan (Mix cheeses together)
  • .5 lb ground lamb
  • .5 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • .5 tsp ginger
  • Oregano
  • Thyme
  • Cumin
  • Coriander
  • Allspice
  • Salt
  • .5 tsp each

Preparation

Step 1

Sauté onions, garlic & ginger in butter

Add lamb to onions & cook. Add spices

Drain meat mixture

Scoop meat into appetizer size dough, top with cheese. Wrap in dough/brush with beaten egg

Bake 350. till brown. on cooling rack
