Ingredients
- You can easily double, triple or multiply this recipe by 10 and it is just as simple and delicious. The perfect complement to any main dish.
- 4 • 4 Cups chunked red potatoes (about 4 medium potatoes)
- 1 Cup coarsely chopped yellow onion (about 1 medium onion)
- 2 TB. NORTHWOODS SEASONING
- 2 TB. vegetable oil

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375°. Coarsely chop the onion and place in a large bowl. Leaving the skins on, cut potatoes into bite-sized pieces and add to the onions. Toss the potatoes and onions with the NORTHWOODS SEASONING until well coated. Then toss with the olive oil. Pour the potatoes into a 9x13 baking dish (or any other high-sided pan) and place in the oven. Stir the potatoes every 10 minutes for the first 30 minutes, then bake uninterrupted for an additional 30-40 minutes or until potatoes are nice and brown.
