- 2 tblsp cold water
- 6 egg yolks
- 1 1/2 cans sweetened condensed milk( 2 cups)
- 1/4 cup whipping cream
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup lemon juice
- Whipped cream for topping

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375*.
Prepare a pie pastry and blind bake this. Soften gelatin in water for 5 minutes. Combine the egg yolks and the condensed milk, beating till well combined. Beat in the gelatin, cream, and Dalton low speed then add the lemon juice.
Bake 22-25 minutes or when set. Refrigerate for 2 hour and top with sweetened cream.
