Libby's/Hot Grill Sauce
Best when made a day ahead.

Ingredients

• 1” water in pot
• 1 lb chop meat
• bring to a boil until meat is crumbly
• 3.5 lbs Tomato Sauce
• 2.5 t Salt
• 2.5 t Pepper
• 5 t Chili Powder
• 1 t Sugar
• 2 t Gravy Master/Kitchen Bouquet

Cooking time 240mins

Preparation

Step 1

Simmer for 3 to 4 hours, stirring occasionally
Add 4 handfuls plain breadcrumbs gradually
Continue to stir. **Must be gradually while stirring
or else breadcrumbs will be lumpy.
Place hot dog in roll, mustard, chopped onions and sauce on top
