Ingredients

• 1 cup cashews
• 1/2 cup young coconut meat
• 1/2 cup agave nectar, maple syrup, or honey
• 1 cup almond milk or other nut milk
• 1/2 cup cacao powder
• 2 tablespoons vanilla extract
• 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
• Pinch salt

Preparation

Step 1

Blend all ingredients until smooth in a high speed blender and pour into popsicle molds. Freeze overnight. Run hot water over popsicle molds to help remove easily.
