- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 6 tblsp flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 cups milk, scalded
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla

Step 1
Stir sugar, flour and salt in the top of a double boiler. Gradually add eggs and scalded milk. Cook for ten minutes or till thick. Add vanilla and strain through a sieve. Chill
