Ingredients
- 2 tblsp. yeast
- 1 cup lukewarm water
- 1 cup butter
- 2 tsp. Sugar
- 6 eggs, beaten
- 4 1/2 cups flour,dvd.
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1 cup cubed Swiss
- 1 cup cubed cheddar
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan

Step 1
Dissolve the yeast in warm water with a pinch of sugar. In a large bowl cream the butter , sugar, then add the eggs, and finally the yeast. Beat 2 minutes. Gently add 2 1/2 cups of the flour, mix till smooth. Then add the remaining flour, dough will be soft. Stir in the cheeses. Let this rise until double. Stir again for a second. Then pour batter into a greased tube pan. Let this rise again till double. Then bake for 50-60 minutes in a 350* oven. Let this cool in the oven for 20 minutes, then cool completely on a rack.
