Step 1

Take four thinly sliced chicken breasts and cook them in a large skillet with 1 tbsp. olive oil on medium heat for 3-5 minutes per side. Remove and set aside. In the same skillet add 5 slices chopped bacon and cook until crisp. Remove and set aside. Then add 4 oz sliced mushrooms. Cook until tender and set aside. Then add 1/2 c chicken broth, 1 c heavy cream, 3 tbsp. balsamic vinegar, 1/2 c grated parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Whisk over medium heat until it starts to thicken which should be 3-5 minutes. Add the mushrooms to the sauce. Add chicken and simmer 1-2 minutes. Top with crispy bacon and parsley. WE TRIED THIS 8/18 AND IT WAS REALLY GOOD BUT IT MADE A HUGE MESS. EVEYONE LIKED IT.
