Ingredients
- 1 unbaked pie shell
- 1 stick melted butter
- 3 eggs, separated
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 tblsp. flour
- Juice and peel of 1 lemon

Cooking time 60mins

Step 1
Beat egg yolks, add the mix of sugar and flour to yolks. Add buttermilk slowly, then lemon, then butter. Beat the egg whites and fold in custard.
Bake in a 325* oven for 45 minutes
