Ingredients
- 2- 3/4 cup sifted cake flour
- 4 tsp baking powder
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 4 egg whites
- 1-1/2 cup whit sugar
- 3/4 cup butter
- 1 cup milk

Step 1
Mix all ingredients together. Bake at 350* until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes in pan. Then invert on wire racks and finish cooling.
