Ingredients

2- 3/4 cup sifted cake flour
4 tsp baking powder
3/4 tsp salt
4 egg whites
1-1/2 cup whit sugar
3/4 cup butter
1 cup milk

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together. Bake at 350* until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes in pan. Then invert on wire racks and finish cooling.
