Coconut Lemon Curd Cake

Delicious, make in advance cake. Serves at least 12 women, fewer men:)

Ingredients
- 16 oz sour cream
- 1 C sugar
- 18 oz frozen coconut
- 1 jar lemon curd
- 9 oz container cool whip
- flaked coconut

Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients except flaked coconut 24 hours before baking any white cake. Cool cake.
Split cake layers in two
spread tops with lemon curd coconut mixture, including top of cake
cover cake with cool whip and press coconut into sides and top
refrigerate for at least 2 days, better after 4
