Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Flour ; all-purpose
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Pepper
- 2 tablespoons Canola Oil
- 2 pounds Round steak
- 1 can Tomatoes ; (8 oz)
- 1/2 cup Onion ; minced
- 1/4 cup Green pepper ; minced
- 2 stalks Celery ; chopped
- Fresh mushrooms

Preparation
Step 1
Combine flour, salt and pepper. Coat meat with flour mixture and brown in Canola oil. Add remaining ingredients and simmer at least two hours before serving.
Serve over rice or noodles.
