Ingredients
- 1 big mason jar of home made chicken broth
- 1/2 big mason jar water
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp gsrlic powder
- 1 chicken breast, cut in half horizontally and then cubed
- 1 package portobello mushrooms diced
- 2 onions diced
- 2 handfuls white beans already soaked and hydrated
- Olive oil

Preparation
Step 1
1. Saute mushrooms in olive oil for 3 minutes. Remove from pan.
2. Saute onions for 4 minutes.
3. Saute chicken for 4 mnutes
4. Add broth and beans and water and onions and mushrooms andnp salt and garlic powder.
5. Bring to a boil and simmer 10 minute
