- ½ cup water or chicken stock
- Salt and pepper to taste

Step 1
Put water and collard greens in the Instant Pot. Close the lid and turn the valve to a Sealing position.
Press the "Pressure Cook" or "Manual" button and set the time to 25 minutes on High pressure.
When the Instant Pot is done cooking, quick release (QR) the steam.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
