Ingredients
- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 1/2 cup cherry preserves
- 4 oz. Brie, cut into 1/2" cubes
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
- 2 T. minced chives
Preparation
Step 1
Cut pastry into 36 squares. Gently press onto bottom of 36 mini muffin cups coated with spray.
Bake at 375 10 min. Using end of wooden spoon handle, make 1/2" deep indent in center of each. Bake 6-8 min. more until golden. Press down centers again.
Spoon a rounded 1/2 t. of preserves into each cup. Top with cheese, sprinkle with nuts & chives. Bake 3-5 min. until cheese is melted.
