  • 2 cups Original Bisquick® mix
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (2 ounces)
  • 4 medium green onions, sliced (1/4 cup)
  • 2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted

Preparation

Heat oven to 450°. Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray. Stir Bisquick mix, milk, cheese and onions until soft dough forms.

Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet.

Bake 7 to 9 minutes or until golden brown. Brush butter over warm biscuits. Serve with salsa if desired.

* Kids and adults alike will love the flavor and fun bite-size shape of these mini-biscuits. If you have any left over, store tightly wrapped in the freezer; warm 3 or 4 poppers at a time in the microwave on High for 20 to 30 seconds.
