- Sauce:
- 1 lb. Ground pork
- 2-4 green onions, sliced
- 2 cups shredded bok choy or chinese cabbage
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp. Grated ginger
- 2 tblsp. Light soy
- 1 tblsp. Sherry
- 1 . Tblsp. Sugar
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp. Soy sauce
- 1 tsp.Hoison sauce
- Dash of chili sauce

Step 1
Mix all together and use a package of Round won ton wrappers to form. Can be frozen at this point. Form into dumplings and put into a sauté pan that has a small amount of oil for 3 minutes. Then add 3 tblsp. Water to the pan and cover. After 3 minutes the water should be evaporated
And they can be served. Can also be cooked in a broth as soup.
