Award winning pie dough

This is the easiest dough you will ever make.

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup butter flavored crisco
• 1/4 cup butter
• 2 cups flour
• 1/2 cup cake flour
• 3 tsp. Powdered sugar
• 1 tsp. Salt
• 1 egg
• 2 tsp. Vinegar
• 1/4 cup ice water

Preparation

Step 1

In a food processor blend the flours, sugar, and salt. Add the shortening and butter and pulse till a crumble forms. Now add the water, vinegar, and egg and whir to form a ball. Place in plastic and rest in fridge till ready to use. At least 30 minutes.
