Ingredients

  • 3 Haas avocados, halved, seeded and peeled
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded & finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup grape tomatoes or Roma tomatoes, seeded, dried & finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup red onion, diced
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 2 tbsp cilantro, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Kosher salt and ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne

Step 1

Slice avocados in half lengthwise around the pits. Twist to separate the halves and remove the pits. Spoon the flesh into a medium bowl. Use a fork to mash the avocados until chunky and add rest of ingredients. Chill & serve.
