Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs boneless skinless thighs cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 package of fresh mushrooms sliced
  • 2 cups baby carrots
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 can (284 ml) chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup herb and garlic cream cheese

Step 1

1. Toss chicken with flour
2. add remaining ingredients except cream cheese. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours
3. Stir in cream cheese and cook for 30 minutes
