Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs boneless skinless thighs cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 package of fresh mushrooms sliced
- 2 cups baby carrots
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 can (284 ml) chicken broth
- 1/2 cup herb and garlic cream cheese

Preparation
Step 1
1. Toss chicken with flour
2. add remaining ingredients except cream cheese. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours
3. Stir in cream cheese and cook for 30 minutes
