Ingredients
- 1/3 cup pesto sauce
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 pkg. (10 oz) sliced roasted chicken breast
- 1 pkg. (9 oz) fettuccini
- Pepper to taste
- 2 large tomatoes, chopped

Preparation
Step 1
1. In a large skillet, mix pesto sauce and 3/4 cup broth. Add chicken and mix well. Cover and cook over medium heat 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
2. Cook fettuccini per package directions. Drain, place in a large bowl, and toss with remaining 1/4 cup broth. Season with pepper. Add chicken mixture and toss to coat. Serve with tomatoes on top.
