Hot Chicken Salad Casserole

Ingredients
- 4 cups cooked, cubed chicken or turkey
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 3/4 cup mayo
- 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 3 hard boiled eggs
- 2 tbsp chopped green pepper
- 2 tbsp chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 cup crushed potato chips

Step 1
Heat oven to 350. In a large bowl stir together all ingredients except potato chips. Spread into a greased 13x9 inch baking pan. Sprinkle with chips.
Bake for 40-50 minutes or until heated through.
