Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 3/4 cup butter, softened
- 1/3 cup powdered sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 4 1/2 rounded Tbls flour
- 3/4 teas. baking powder
- 4 1/2 T fresh lemon juice (or 1/2 cup real lemon juice)
- 3/4 cup coconut
Preparation
Step 1
Mix flour, butter and powdered sugar and pat into 9x13 pan. Bake at 350° for 15-20 min.
Mix remaining ingredients and pour over hot crust. Bake 20 min. until filling sets. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
