Spring Vegetable Bread

This is a tasty snacking bread and also marvelous with egg salad on it.

Ingredients
- 3/8 cup Milk
- 1/4 cup -water
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 cup Cottage cheese
- 3 cups Bread flour
- 1 tablespoon Butter
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 package Knorr Spring Vegetable Soup mix
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Yeast

Preparation
Step 1
Place all ingredients in bread pan, select Light Crust setting, and press Start.
Note: I only tested the 1 1/2 lb recipe and only used one machine
. Watch the dough as it's mixing.
You may need to add 1 or 2 T more liquid if it seems too stiff and dry.
