Ingredients
- 1 papaya, diced
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 small hot chili, minced
- Juice of 1/2 lime
- 4 halibut fillets (6 oz ea)
- 1/2 tsp paprika
Preparation
Step 1
Combine papaya, coriander,peppers and lime juice. Cover and let stand at room temperature for 20 minutes.
Pat halibut dry and rub on all sides with the garlic. Sprinkle with paprika. Broil or grill for about 4 minutes per side. Top with papaya mixture
