Ingredients
- 2 pita bread, cut into small triangles
- 1 small romaine letter, torn into bits
- 1 english cucumber, peeled and cut into chunks
- 4 medium tomatoes, cut into chunks
- 1 medium red onion, cut into chunks
- 1/2 cup pitted black olives
- Dressing;
- 6 oz feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 cup 35% real whipping cream
- 1/2 cup unflavoured yogurt
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp dried mint
- 1/2 tsp pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Place pita triangles in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake in a preheated 350 oven for 10-12 minutes until crisp.
Combine pita bread with remaining salad ingredients.
For dressing, in a blender or food processor, blend all ingredients until smooth.
Toss dressing with salad and serve.
