Corn and Avocado Salsa

Ingredients
- 4 cups fresh or frozen corn kernels
- 1 tbsp fajita seasoning
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 jalapeno pepper, seed and chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup fresh chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 1 tbsp orange juice
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 2 ripe avocados

Preparation
Step 1
Saute first 3 ingredients in hot oil in large skillet over medium-high heat for 6-8 minutes or until corn is slightly golden. Remove from heat and cool.
Stir together corn mixture, pepper and next ingredients. Cover and chill at least 30 minutes. Stir in avocado just before serving.
