Ingredients
- 12 slices bacon, very finely chopped
- 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 pkg cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley

Step 1
Cook bacon until crisp, drain well, reserving 2 tbsp drippings. Beat together cheddar and cream cheese. Add reserved bacon drippings. Stir in cooked bacon bits. Shape into a ball, roll in chopped nuts and parsley. Wrap and chill several hours or overnight to blend flavours. Let stand at room temperature 1 hour before serving.
