Reuben Bread

Ingredients

• 3 tablespoons Thousand island dressing
• 1 cup Plus 2 tbs warm water
• 1 teaspoon Salt
• 2 1/4 cups Bread flour
• 1 cup Rye flour
• 2 tablespoons Gluten
• 1/2 teaspoon Dry mustard
• 1/8 teaspoon Baking soda
• 1 teaspoon Caraway seeds
• 3 ounces Swiss cheese -- shredded
• 1/4 cup Sauerkraut -- rinsed & drained
• 2 1/2 teaspoons Active yeast
• 2 1/2 ounces Deli sliced lean corned Beef

Preparation

Step 1

All ingredients must be at room temperature except water at 110 degree F. Add all ingredients to the bread pan, in the order suggested by the manufacturer. Select the basic bread cycle.
