Ingredients

  • 1 beef sirloin steak (3/4 lb.), 1/2 inch thick
  • 1 tsp. cracked black pepper
  • 10 cups torn romaine lettuce
  • 1 beefsteak or other large tomato, cut into wedges
  • 1 small zucchini, sliced
  • 1/2 cup slivered red onion
  • 1/2 cup Light Thousand Island Dressing

Preparation

Step 1

1. Heat grill to medium-high heat.

2. Sprinkle steak with pepper.

3. Grill steak 5 to 7 min. on each side or until medium doneness (160°F). Cut steak across the grain into thin slices.

4. Toss steak slices with all remaining ingredients except the dressing in large salad bowl. Add dressing; mix lightly.
