Spiced pecans

• 1 egg white,slightly beaten
• 2 tblsp. cold water
• 1/2 cups sugar
• 1/2 tsp. Salt
• 1/4 tsp. each cinnamon, clove, allspice
• 3 cups pecans

Step 1

Whip the spices into the egg whites,then add the pecans and toss to coat. Spread onto a cookie sheet and put in a 250* oven for one hour stirring every 15 minutes. Cool
