Ingredients
- 6 hard boiled eggs
- 3 T. sour cream
- 1.5 T. mayo
- 3/4 t. Dijon mustard
- 1.5 t. fresh lemon peel
- 1.5 t. fresh lemon juice
- 1/8 t. cayenne pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Shell eggs. Slice lengthwise and add remaining ingredients to yolks in small bowl. Season generously with salt & pepper.
