Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 pears, peeled and diced
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 2 tablespoons crystalized ginger, sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon powdered ginger
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon brandy (optional)
- Salt and pepper
- 1 8-ounce wheel Wisconsin Brie Cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Melt butter in small saucepan. Add diced pears, raisins, crystalized ginger, powdered ginger and sugar. Cook over medium heat until pears have softened. Add brandy and cook 1 additional minute. Add salt and pepper to taste. Spoon warm mixture over Brie wheel, allowing it to warm the cheese. Serve with sliced baguette.
