Honey Walnut Crusted Salmon

Ingredients
- 4 (6 oz) skinless salmon fillets
- 2/3 c finely chopped walnuts
- 1/4 c honey
- 1 tsp chopped fresh rosemary
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- Garnish: chopped fresh rosemary

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400º. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil.
Place salmon on prepared pan. In a small bowl, stir together walnuts, honey, rosemary, vinegar, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Gently press walnut mixture onto fish fillets.
Bake until fish is firm to the touch and topping is golden brown, 10 to 12 minutes.
Garnish with rosemary, if desired. Serve immediately.
