- 3.4 ounces instant vanilla pudding mix (just the dry mix)
- 3/4 cup cold milk (I used skim)
- 1/2 cup vanilla vodka
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
- pie crust dippers

- 2 pie crusts
- 2 TBSPs butter melted
- 2 TBSPs sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Whisk together the instant pudding mix, cold milk, vanilla vodka, pumpkin puree, and pumpkin pie spice.
Refrigerate the mixture for at least 45 minutes (up to overnight), before serving with whipped cream and pie crust dippers.

Pie Crust Dippers
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
Cut the pie crusts into triangles. Mix together the 2 TBSPs sugar and the 1/2 tsp cinnamon.
Spread the pie crust triangles evenly over baking sheets lined with parchment paper. Spread the melted butter on them (just enough to lightly coat each one), then sprinkle the triangles with the cinnamon sugar mixture. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes or until the edges become golden brown.
