Bread, Whole Wheat ( Using Bosch Mixer )

Ingredients

• Place in order into Bosch mixer:
• 1/3 1/3 1/3 cup oil
• 1/3 1/3 1/3 cup honey
• 2 1/2 2 1/2 1/2 cups warm water (100 degrees),
• 2 2 2 cups whole wheat flour,
• 1 1/2 1 1/2 1/2 cups white whole wheat flour,
• 1 1/2 1 1/2 1/2 tbs. SAF instant yeast.
• Mix just until combined.
• 10 cover on and let mixture rise 10 minutes until bubbly.
• Add:
• 2 1/2 2 1/2 1/2 cups white wheat flour,
• 2 2 2 tsp. salt
• 2 2 2 tbs. gluten
• 2 2 2 tbs. dough enhancer.
• With oiled hands put dough onto a clean counter top that has been sprayed with Pam.
