Step 1
In a large bowl sprinkle the yeast from the packet in the hot roll mix over 3/4 cup plus 2 T. water (015=115 degrees); stir in flour mixture from hot roll mix until blended; cover. Let rise in a warm place (about 80 degrees) until doubled -- 30-45 minutes. On a floured surface, knead until smooth and elastic -- a few minutes. Roll out to 1/2" thickness; cut out with a floured 3" round biscuit cutter. Place 2" apart, on greased cookie sheets; cover. Let rise as previously instructed until doubled. (30-45 minutes) Bake at 375 degrees 12-15 minutes.
