Tuna Casserole

Ingredients

• WHITE SAUCE
• 8 TBSP Butter
• 8 Tbsp Flour
• 1 tsp Salt
• 1/2 tsp Pepper
• 4 cups Milk
• 1 Large bag of potato chips ( I use the Lays cracked pepper kettle chips)
• 3 small cans of tuna packed in water
• 1 can of peas

Preparation

Step 1

First prepare White Sauce
Melt butter in pan over low heat. Blend in ingredients except milk until smooth and bubbly. Remove from heat, stir in milk bring to boil over low heat , stirring constantly for about 1 minute.

In a large glass mixing bowl first layer, crumble up potato chips, layer of tuna fish, layer of peas, then pour som of the white sauce over. Repeat layers until tuna, peas and potato chips are gone or until bowl is full. Pour the rest of the white sauce over the top. Bake in preheated oven at 350 for 35 minutes.. then serve..
