- 2-3 GARLIC CLOVES
- 1/2- 3/4 tsp. SALT
- 1/2 tsp. WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
- 2 " SQUIRT OF ANCHOVY PASTE
- 2 TBSP LEMON JUICE
- 1 EGG (CAN USE SOFT BOILED OR PASTURIZED) or 1 tablespoon of Maynosise
- 1 tsp. DRY MUSTARD
- 1/4 tsp. BLACK PEPPER
- 1/4 - 1/2 CUP PARMESAN CHEESE
- 1/2 CUP OIL (VEGETABLE)

Preparation
Step 1
BLEND EVERYTHING EXCEPT OIL IN FOOD PROCESSER OR BLENDER. SLOWLY POUR IN OIL WHILE PROCESSING. POUR OVER LETTUCE AND ADD CROUTONS JUST BEFORE SERVING.
