  • 1/2 tsp. WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
  • 2 " SQUIRT OF ANCHOVY PASTE
  • 2 TBSP LEMON JUICE
  • 1 EGG (CAN USE SOFT BOILED OR PASTURIZED) or 1 tablespoon of Maynosise
  • 1 tsp. DRY MUSTARD
  • 1/4 tsp. BLACK PEPPER
  • 1/4 - 1/2 CUP PARMESAN CHEESE
  • 1/2 CUP OIL (VEGETABLE)

Step 1

BLEND EVERYTHING EXCEPT OIL IN FOOD PROCESSER OR BLENDER. SLOWLY POUR IN OIL WHILE PROCESSING. POUR OVER LETTUCE AND ADD CROUTONS JUST BEFORE SERVING.
