Ingredients
- 12 oz macaroni
- 3/4 cup onion, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 T flour
- 13 oz can evaporated milk
- 1/4 cup milk
- 8 oz Velveeta
- 16 oz shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- paprika

Preparation
Step 1
Cook macaroni and drain. Saute onion and green pepper in butter until tender. Add flour, stirring until smooth. Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Gradually add milk and cook over med heat until thick. Add 3 cups cheddar cheese, Velveeta and pepper. Stir until smooth. Add macaroni. Pour into lightly greased 3 qt casserole. Bake uncovered at 350 for 20 minutes. Sprinkle w/remaining cheese and paprika; cook until cheese melted
