Wesson Oil Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

• 2 eggs
• 1 cup butter milk
• 1 cup Wesson oil [beat the 3 together]
• 3 cup flour
• 2 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup cocoa
• 3 tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp salt [ sift the 4 together]

Preparation

Step 1

Add flour mixture to the egg mixture. Add 1 cup boiling water and 2 tsp vanilla. Bake at 350* for 35 minutes. Makes 2-9 inch layers, 2-8 inch layers and 12 cupcakes,1-13x9x2 inch long cake and 12 cupcakes. 7 minute icing is used.
