Sausage and Cheese Potato Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 pound Italian sausage roll
- 6 eggs
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 cup Monterrey jack cheese
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- 1-4 ounce can green chiles drained
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350.* Crumble and cook sausage in medium pan until brown. Drain off any drippings. Spread potatoes in greased 13x9 inch baking dish. Top with sausage, Monterrey jack cheese, green onions and chiles. Whisk egg, salt and pepper in medium bowl until frothy. Pour egg mixture over sausage and bake at 350* for 30 minutes. Remove from oven. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, bake 15 minutes at 350*.
