Ingredients
- 1 jar DICKINSONS Pure Elberta Peach Preserves
- 1 whole Chicken, cut into pieces
- 2 tsp. Garlic, finely chopped
- 1 sm. Jalapeno, finely chopped
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard
- 1 Tbsp. Soy Sauce

Preparation
Step 1
Prepare outdoor grill. Brush chicken pieces with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and white pepper. Grill over medium high heat until well browned on both sides. Combine glaze ingredients in a small bowl. Brush both sides of chicken with the glaze and continue cooking until chicken is done. Serve with additional peach glaze. Makes 4 servings.
