Ingredients

  • 4 ounce reduced fat crescent roll dough 4 rolls
  • 2 tsp all purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 spray cooking spray
  • 6 tbs ketchup
  • 1/8 tsp chili powder
  • 1/4 cup pickle slices

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400
Unroll dough and form into a ball. On a lightly floured surface, roll dough into a thin sheet. Cut 10 2 1/2 inch circles. Collecting scrapes and rolling out dough as needed. Place cirlces on a nonstick pan and sprinkle with salt and bake until golden brown about 8 minutes. Remove from pan and cool. Slice each roll in half to make ten tops and ten bottoms.
Meanwhile prepare sliders. In medium bowl combine salt,paprika, and garlic powder. Add beef and gently kneed. Divide into 10 portions. Flatten each into a 2 1/2 inch thick patties.
Coat a large pan with cooking spray and heat over medium heat. Arrange burgers on pan making sure not to crowd them. Cook until well browned 6 to 8 minutes then flip to other side. Place on the bottom of the bun and garnish with condiments and top with top bun.
