Marbled Chocolate Brownies

Ingredients

• Brownies:
• 4 oz bitter sweet baking choc
• 1 stick butter
• 2 tbs cocoa powder
• 1 1/4 cup sugar
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 3 eggs
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 cup all purpose flour
• 1/2 tsp baking powder
• Topping:
• 1 cup semisweet choc. Chips
• 1 cup white choc. Chips

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven 350* line 9 inch square baking pan with foil with foil hanging over sides. Spray with nonstick spray. Place chocolate, butter and cocoa powder in microwave. Microwave on high until melted. Place sugar,salt in med. Bowl. Add chocolate mixture, combine. Add eggs one at a time, stir in vanilla. Sift flour and baking powder. Mix. Bake 30 min. Sprinkle choc. Over brownies. Return to oven for 1 min. Remove. Remove brownies from pan, spread choc chips over brownies for a marbled effect. Let cool before cutting
