- Glaze:
- Yellow cake mix
- 4 eggs
- 3-5 oz lemon pudding
- 3/4 cup oil
- 1 box powdered sugar
- zest 1 lemon
- 3 tbs water
- 3 tbs oil
- 1/3 – 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice

Step 1
Spray mini muffin pan- fill 1/2 full 350* 12 min- place on wire rack. Pierce bottom of muffin and dip into glaze- cool
