Mexican Corn Bread

Ingredients

• I box of jiffy cornbread mix
• Shredded cheddar cheese [a lot]
• 1 can corn
• 1 package of taco seasoning
• 1 pd ground beef

Preparation

Step 1

Brown ground beef down. Add taco seasoning package and3/4 cup water and simmer. Put ground beef in the bottom of a baking dish. Mix the jiffy corn bread mix as directed on the box. Add corn and cheese to mix and blend all together. Pour over the ground beef and top with shredded cheese. Cook as directed on the jiffy box or until a toothpick comes out clean when poked in the middle.
