  • 1 Lime Cut 1/2
  • 2 Onions Cut 1/4
  • FIRST STAGE:
  • 3 # Small Red Potatoes Cut 1/2
  • 2 # Andouille Sausage Sliced 1/4"
  • 2 # Chicken Tenders Bite Size
  • SECOND STAGE:
  • 5 # Snow Crab Legs
  • 12 Pack Frozen Mini Corn Ears
  • THIRD STAGE:
  • 12 Fresh Mussels or Clams
  • 2 # Bay Scallops
  • FORTH STAGE:
  • 2 # Shrimp Less Heads

Preparation

Step 1

Large Pot with Perforated Insert, Bring Liquid to a Boil. Be sure Liquid is 1"+ Above Bottom of Insert to Keep Food from Sticking.

When Steaming, Add First Group, Cook Until Potatoes are Tender & Meat Cooked.

Add Second Group, Boil 3-5 Minutes.

Add Third Group, Boil Until Mussels or Clams Begin to Open. Check Scallops.

Add Forth Group, When Shrimp are Pink, Remove All Food.

EMPTY, SERVE HOT with Corn Bread & Slaw.
