Ingredients
- LIQUID:
- 2 Gallons Water (+-)
- 1 Can (6oz) Old Bay Seasoning
- 1 Lemon Cut 1/2
- 1 Lime Cut 1/2
- 2 Onions Cut 1/4
- FIRST STAGE:
- 3 # Small Red Potatoes Cut 1/2
- 2 # Andouille Sausage Sliced 1/4"
- 2 # Chicken Tenders Bite Size
- SECOND STAGE:
- 5 # Snow Crab Legs
- 12 Pack Frozen Mini Corn Ears
- THIRD STAGE:
- 12 Fresh Mussels or Clams
- 2 # Bay Scallops
- FORTH STAGE:
- 2 # Shrimp Less Heads

Preparation
Step 1
Large Pot with Perforated Insert, Bring Liquid to a Boil. Be sure Liquid is 1"+ Above Bottom of Insert to Keep Food from Sticking.
When Steaming, Add First Group, Cook Until Potatoes are Tender & Meat Cooked.
Add Second Group, Boil 3-5 Minutes.
Add Third Group, Boil Until Mussels or Clams Begin to Open. Check Scallops.
Add Forth Group, When Shrimp are Pink, Remove All Food.
EMPTY, SERVE HOT with Corn Bread & Slaw.
