Ingredients
- 3 cups frozen hash browns
- 3/4 cup Monterrey jack cheese, shredded
- 1 cup cooked diced ham
- 1/4 cup green onion chopped
- 4 eggs salt/pepper
- 3/4 cup evaporated milk
- DO NOT DOUBLE THIS RECIPE!!!

Preparation
Step 1
Place potatoes in baking dish, sprinkle with ham and onion. Beat eggs milk salt/pepper and pour over hash browns. Cover and refrigerate. Overnight. Remove 30 min before baking. Place uncovered 350* for 55-60 min until knife comes out clean. Then top with cheese and return to oven until cheese melted.
